haha doubt this will happen in as quickly as two weeks, but these are some good stretches to do regardless.
ooo i really want to be able to do a split. will definitely start doing these along with my normal yoga!
But take it slow, you guys! You can no doubt get into a split eventually, but if your body isn’t ready to do it in 2 weeks, don’t push it please. It’s so easy to injure yourself if you’re pushing too hard. And if you DO pull something, rest it for a few days. I should know: I pulled a muscle by my knee a couple days ago and I made it worse by stretching it too far again yesterday.
